
Swim workout today, at Loras.
200 warm up
12 x 100's, 6-7 effort
200 cool down (lungbusters)
1600 yard total, just under a mile. I went through the 100's between 1:50-1:55.
Also, I finally got a new pair of running shoes, a new pair of Brooks Adrenaline 7. I'll start breaking them in tomorrow.
